• Plan Ahead and Order Early

  If you intend to order pro-voicing, try not to wait to the last minute. Give yourself plenty of time for possible corrections, additions, music setup and more. Keep in mind each voicing request takes up to 24 hours.

• Relative Volume
  In the Edit Player screen, you can adjust the relative volume of music and voice by choosing Louder/Loudest Music or Louder/Loudest Voice.

• Editing Overlap of Music and Voice
  In the Edit Player screen, you can use the slider to specify exactly where the music starts relative to voice. It can start before the voice, during the voice, or just after the voice. Full flexibility.

• Editing the Order of Players
  Tap the Edit button at top right and the drag and drop the thumb at right of each player to adjust the order. Learn More…

• Adding a Team Intro
  Add another player to your team and give the player a name like "Team Intro" (with no number). Use your voice to say exactly what you would like voiced on that intro. Choose Actions > Order Voice (Some Players) and order just that one player and follow the directions to complete the order.

• Ordering Add-On Player
  If your team is professionally voiced and a new player is added to team, simply add that player to your BallparkDJ team, then choose Actions > Order Professional Voicing > Some Players and follow instructions from there.

• Team DJ Checklist - Getting Intros Ready for the Season

  While it is certainly possible to get your team setup in BallparkDJ with professional voicing and music in a single day, we recommend giving yourself more time for contingencies such as correcting mispronounced names, selecting and setting up music, choosing announcer and voice format, speaker selection and testing, and more.

• Team Colors

  Customize and highlight your team with its own background color. A Team Color option has been added to the Actions > Team Settings screen. This color will be used to paint the background behind the team name, both in the list of teams, and in the team name header when the team is open. 11 different colors are available allowing you to highlight your team in your teams color and helps to quickly identify the team in the list of teams.   Dynamic Overlap gives users the ability to start music first, and then start the voice intros at just the right moment, resulting in an flexible runway of music both before and after the players voice introduction. Start the music playback as soon as the previous play ends with the PLAY MUSIC button, then wait until the perfect moment when the batter is approaching the plate, and tap PLAY VOICE button.
