How To Voice Players
BallparkDJ gives you two ways to create player introductions.
You can voice your team yourself, or have a coach, parent, player, or anyone else in your circle record the announcements at no charge.
Or, if you’d rather take the pressure off yourself, you can have one of our professional announcers voice your team for you.
If you choose professional voicing, you do not need to record player names ahead of time for pronunciation. Pronunciation is handled as part of the ordering process.
How to Record Your Own Announcements
Open your team so you are viewing the list of players.
Tap the icons to the right of the player you want to voice to open the Edit Player screen.
Tap Edit next to the yellow Voice section to enter Edit Voice screen.
Tap the Record button.
After the 3-2-1 countdown, say the player’s name or full announcement.
For the best sound, speak clearly and keep your mouth a 5-6 inches from your phone’s microphone.
When finished, tap Stop.
Tap Play to listen to your recording.
If you want to try again, simply record it again until you’re happy with it.
Tap Done when finished, or tap Next to record the next player.
Tap Players to return to your team roster.
Want a Professional Announcer Instead?
No problem. BallparkDJ’s professional announcers can record your player introductions for you. There is no need to pre-record player names first—pronunciation information is collected during the ordering process.
