I’m having an issue upgrading to unlimited version. What can I do?

BallparkDJ will request an in-app purchase of 6.99 whenever you do any of the following…

  • Add a 4th player to a team

  • Add a 4th team

  • Import a team that contains 4 or more players

If you are having an issue upgrading….please try these steps…

  • Check your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Ensure that it’s funded and that everything is in line with the account.

  • Ensure you have a solid internet connection on your phone.

  • Turn your phone off and back on.

  • Try again to upgrade to the unlimited issue.

  • Try logging out of your iTunes / Apple ID account or Google Play (Android) account and then back in. Then try to upgrade again.

  • Try uninstalling/deleting BallparkDJ and reinstalling from the App/Play Store.

If after these steps, you continue to have problems, and you are on iOS, choose Actions > Advanced > Send Diagnostics and send to support@ballparkdj.com and detail what specifically you are seeing when try to upgrade. You can also try logging out of your App Store account and then log back in, and then try upgrading again.

If you have previously upgraded, and are on the same Apple ID that you previously upgraded with, you should be able to click “Already Upgraded” when prompted, and BallparkDJ should detect your prior purchase and restore it. If you are having difficulty with this, try the steps above….but when you get to the last step, try clicking “Already Upgraded” again. Keep in mind that if you are using a different Apple ID than the one you originally upgraded with, or if you’ve shared the team with a user who is on a different Apple ID, then that Apple ID will have to purchase the full version also for 6.99.
