🚨 NEW: Build or Update Your Team From a Roster in Seconds

Setting up a new BallparkDJ team just got dramatically easier. Have a roster photo, PDF, CSV — or a GameChanger Lineup PDF? BallparkDJ can now read the roster and create your team for you, including player numbers, first names and last names. You can even use a lineup to help update the batting order an existing team.

No more typing an entire roster one player at a time. Snap it, import it, verify it — and start adding music and intros.

Fall Ball Is Here…
Are you GAME-DAY READY?

New season. New players. New numbers. New walk-up songs. Whether this is your first season as Team DJ or you’re back for another year, a few minutes of prep now can make game day a whole lot easier.

New to BallparkDJ? Our Getting Ready checklist walks you through the entire setup — from building your roster and confirming names and numbers to choosing professional voicing, adding music, connecting your speaker and testing everything before opening day. BallparkDJ specifically recommends getting started once your lineup and player numbers are set so there’s time to handle pronunciations, music and testing before the first game.
Get Game-Day Ready

Returning Team DJ? Don’t start over. Use our New Season Checklist to quickly add or remove players, change jersey numbers and order professional voicing for exactly the players who need it.
Update My Team for the New Season

I especially like the two-path treatment here. Instead of one generic button, the reader immediately sees “I’m new” vs. “I’m returning” and knows exactly where to go.

For the image, I’d make it feel more like “season prep” than another feature graphic: phone with BallparkDJ + speaker in the foreground, baseball and softball players getting ready in the background, maybe a subtle checklist element, and very little text—perhaps only “GAME-DAY READY?”.

Featured Voice: “Silky Smooth” Greg Kalil

More than 1,000 Major League games — now calling yours. For 13 seasons, Greg Kalil’s unmistakably smooth, professional voice filled Tropicana Field as the P.A. announcer for the Tampa Bay Rays. He spent years introducing Major League players under the bright lights, and now BallparkDJ gives your players the chance to hear that same big-league voice call their names.

Known around BallparkDJ as “Silky Smooth” Greg Kalil, Greg brings a warm, polished style that makes every introduction feel special. Whether it’s a first-time 8U player or a seasoned travel-ball athlete stepping to the plate, there’s something pretty cool about hearing your name introduced by a former Major League stadium voice. Tap to hear Greg in action and give your lineup a true Major League moment.
