Team Backup

If you are seeing the following message…

Your team has changes that have not been backed up to our server. Would you like to back up your team now?

It means you have made changes to your team and have not backed up your team to the server in over a week.

The changes you may have made include….

• Addition of a Player

• Changing the Song of a Player

• Changing the Song Details (Start or Duration, or different song)

• Changing the Voicing of a Player

• Changing the Relative Volume or Overlap between Music and Voice

Back Up Now By backing up your team, you will ensure that you’ll have all the latest changes to your teams, should you need to move to another device for any reason (damaged device, new phone, etc).

This backup prompt will only appear for teams that are owned by you, which means they were created by you. The prompts will occur if it has been more than a week since you last backed up your team, and only if BallparkDJ detects you have made any changes to your team. Changes to your team would include adding players, editing player details such as song or overlap, or even changing song details such as start time or duration.

Remind Me Later If you choose to “Remind Me Later”, you will be reminded again in a week, giving you more time to make changes to your players and team before backing up the team.

Back Up Anytime You may backup your team at ANY time by sharing the team (with yourself). Simply choose Actions > Share Team, and email the team to yourself. That action will update your team on the server with your latest changes, effectively backing up your team.
