BallparkDJ Promotional Guidelines

In order to promote the Premium Package, a firm knowledge of the BallparkDJ App is required. Use the resources available on our web site www.ballparkdj.com to familiarize yourself with every aspect of BallparkDJ. A good place to start it the Tips of the Day page at www.ballparkdj.com/tips. Visit each of the pages on the site from Features to Support to FAQ, watch the videos, soak up all the features of BallparkDJ. Install BallparkDJ on your phone and add a team, add players to the team, voice the team and setup music, order professional introductions for the team, duplicate and share the team. Get familiar with each option in the Actions menu. A strong knowledge of the core product on which the Premium Package is delivered is essential.

Now that you’ve mastered BallparkDJ, become familiar with every aspect of added value that the Premium Package can provide. Many of those values are listed below:

  • Team Setup- Adding name and number of all players to BallparkDJ and ensuring proper pronunciation.

  • Professional Introductions from your choice of our Major League Announcers

  • Professional level music setup and editing, matching songs with names and allowing kids to choose their favorite song if they wish.

  • Guidance and training on BallparkDJ setup and game-day operation

  • Expertise on audio equipment and setup

  • Audio for an array of scenarios including strikeouts, stolen bases, caught stealing , foul balls, home runs, "What a play", and much more.

  • Continued contact with throughout the season. Hearing the same thing all season can get old and we will work with you to switch things up at various times during the season, changing each players song (or using different part of song) from time to time. This is been a huge success!

  • Team featured on BallparkDJ Facebook page with pictures, highlights, and optional video.

While your #1 goal is to promote the Premium Package, not everyone is going to warm up to it the first time you speak to them. If they are all in, great. If not, there is a strong chance they will come back to you in the near future. Encourage them to download and try BallparkDJ. Let them know what it can provide for them and their team (even without Premium Package). They’ll be back soon enough. Make sure they know how to get in touch with you or how to order the Premium Package when the time comes.
