Requesting Redo for Pre-Game Introductions

Fixing a Players Pronunciation/Number - If you’ve previously ordered SuperVoice or Pre-Game Introductions, then you should have a blue team and a red team (and a gold team if you ordered SuperVoice). If you need to request a redo on any player or players on the team (to fix a mispronounced name or wrong number), please do so from the BLUE team. Open the blue team… and if the players name was mispronounced, please voice that player to convey the proper pronunciation to the announcer. Then choose Actions > Request Voice Redo and choose just the player(s) that need to be corrected. Each redo request can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Team Intro Redo - The only situation where you would need to request a redo from the red Pre-Game team would be if you need to make a correction or a modification to the Team Intro (“Ladies and Gentlemen, get on your feet and make some noise….”). If you need to have the Team Intro redone, please voice that Team Intro player on the red team to convey to announcer exactly what you want said. Then choose Actions > Request Voice Redo, and choose only the “Team Intro” player. You will be given an opportunity to supply Special Instructions for announcer. Please type into these Special Instructions exactly what you want said for this Team Intro. The announcer will see those instructions while voicing.
