Ordered Pre-Game and Want Now Batting Intros

OK.  So you ordered Pre-Game Intros  and now you also want Now Batting intros, right?

You have 2 options.  The most complete solution is to just upgrade to SuperVoice.  If you go that route, you'll end up with Pre-Game Intros (your red team) plus a gold SuperVoice team which will announce every event for your players, not just Now Batting but also Now Pitching, Stepping to the Plate, Leading Off, First Baseman, and 50 other events.  For more info on SuperVoice please watch this video...

And to go from what you have to SuperVoice....will cost $2.99 more per player for the SuperVoice upgrade.  To do this, simply open the blue team, and order the full team again....on the Order Page, make sure to choose an order type of "SuperVoice" and once you get that back (within 24 hours) you'll have your gold SuperVoice team in addition to what you have now.

Your other option is to just duplicate your blue team and order Now Batting intros from the duplicate.  To do this, open the blue team and choose Actions > Duplicate Team and give it the same name but a subtitle like "Now Batting".  Then open that duplicate Now Batting team and order all players from that team again (Actions > Order Pro Voicing > All Players), this time choosing an order type of "Standard (Now Batting" on the order page.  If you do go this duplicate route, let us know once order is submitted and we will refund half of the payment since you've already ordered Pre-Game Intros....but the more complete solution would the the SuperVoice route (no refund on that one).
