Ordered Now Batting and Now Want Pre-Game Intros

OK.  So you ordered Standard Intros (such as Now Batting)  and now you also want Pre-Game intros, right?

You have 2 options.  Please read through these options carefully.

Option #1) The most complete solution is to just upgrade to SuperVoice.  If you go that route, you'll end up with the FULL package: Pre-Game Intros (your red team) plus a gold SuperVoice team which will announce every event for your players, not just Now Batting but also Now Pitching, Stepping to the Plate, Leading Off, First Baseman, and 50 other events.  For more info on SuperVoice please watch this video...

And to go from what you have to SuperVoice....will cost $2.99 more per player for the SuperVoice upgrade.  To do this, simply open your team, and order the full team again....on the Order Page, make sure to choose an order type of "SuperVoice" and once you get that back (within 24 hours) you'll have your gold SuperVoice team in addition to what you have now.

Option #2) Your other option is to just duplicate your team and order Pre-Game intros from the duplicate.  To do this, open the team and choose Actions > Duplicate Team and give it the same name but a subtitle like "Pre-Game".  Then open that duplicate Pre-Game team and order all players from that team again (Actions > Order Pro Voicing > All Players), this time choosing an order type of "Pre-Game" on the order page.  If you go this route, let us know once order is submitted and we will refund half of this payment since you've already ordered Standard Intros....but again, the more complete solution would the the SuperVoice route (no refund on that one).
