Replacing Professional Voicing
If you arrived at this page, you are probably in the Edit Voice screen, and have voiced over the professional voicing that you ordered on a player. If you continue and replace, you will lose the professional voicing for that player, and it will be replaced by your voice. There are times when you might want to do this, and other situations where you would want to first duplicate the team in order to retain your original intros.
Alternate Intros - Duplicate First
If you are recording alternate intros for a special occasion, such as Mother’s Day or Father’s Day, then you will certainly want to duplicate your team and voice your alternate intros on the duplicate team. Just go back to your team and choose Actions > Duplicate Team, and then give the duplicate team a subtitle like “Mother’s Day” or whatever. Then do your alternate voice work on the duplicate team, and it will not impact the professional voicing on your original team in any way.
Request Redo or Re-Ordering Professional Voicing
If you are about to request a redo on this player, or if you are about to order professional voicing on this player, and you are simply trying to voice the players name to provide the pronunciation, then you are fine with continuing and replacing the professional voicing with your voice. You voice will ultimately be replaced again with the announcers voice when he revoices this player. But also keep in mind, that you are always given the opportunity to voice the players during the order or redo process.
