We have the same group of players that play on multiple teams. How can BallparkDJ handle this?
If you have the same group of players that play on multiple team names, and you’re wanting to order SuperVoice for those players and have different Team Intros for Pre-Game Intros for each team, follow these steps….
Setup your team with one of the team names, and order Pro Voicing on that team, turning on SuperVoice when completing the order.
Once you get those back, you’ll already have your Pre-Game Team Intro for that one team on the red team. If any corrections need to be made to any of the players, go ahead and get that done (always request the Redos from the blue team).
Then open the red team, and choose Actions > Duplicate Team and change the name of the duplicate to reflect the other team name. Leave the subtitle as “Pre-Game Intros”.
Now, choose Actions > Order Pro Voicing > Some Players and order just the Team Intro. When completing the order, choose a Standard order type, and type in exactly what you want the announcer to say in the Special Instructions like “Ladies and Gentlemen, get on your feet and make some noise for your Cambridge Bears”.
Repeat this process again if you have more than 2 teams.
If you need to add players in the future, make sure you add them and order them from the blue team (choosing SuperVoice when completing order). When you get those added players back, they will automatically get added to the red and gold team. In order to move these new players to the other Pre-Game teams at this point, open those teams and choose Actions > Import Players and import them from your red team.
