Do Not Disturb Mode
When operating BallparkDJ during a game, it is recommended that you put your device into Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. When in DND, phone calls, texts, and other alerts will not ring out over your speakers. If you need to return a call between innings, disconnect from your speaker (turn off Bluetooth temporarily if needed) while doing so. Learn More…

When Should I Play Music? When Should Opponent?
If you are the Team DJ of a baseball or softball team, and both teams have Team DJs with intros and speakers, who should have speaker control, and when? Typically, a Team DJ will have speaker control from the moment their first player steps to the plate during an inning, until the moment the opponents first player steps to the plate in the following half inning. Obviously, each Team DJ is going to play the walk-up/batting introductions for their respective team. If the Team DJs of both teams would like to play music between innings (intermission music), the team that is taking the field should generally have speaker control, playing music for their team while they take the field and warm-up, right up until the moment the other teams first batter is stepping to the plate. If you have Pre-Game Intros, then those are typically played the first time your team takes the field (1st inning only).
